Establishment
of Fuhjyyu Electronic Industry Co., Ltd which was located in
the Datong district of Taipei city and mainly engaged in distributing
Nicon"s high & low voltage electrolytic capacitor of
105°C produced Nicon Venus Electronic. |

1990 |
Set
up of factory on Nanzu Rd. Luzu Town, Taoyuan County, producing
and selling
Fuhjyyu low voltage capacitor with a registered capital of 5
million Taiwan New Dollar, 500 square meters of factory area
and monthly output of 6 million pieces. |

1991 |
Due
to the need for expansion, contract with the big factory of
TEAPO, the lead
of the industry to OEM our high voltage large capacitors was
done with monthly output of 500 thousand pieces, supplying for
power supply and computer accessories manufacturers home and
abroad, despite a purchase of a new factory in Bade town. |

1992 |
Move
of the new factory to Lixing Rd, Bade City, Taoyuan County,
where the factory
site amounted to 1,000 square meters, and automatic production
and computerized lines were adopted with an increase of output
to 15 million pieces. |

1994 |
Another
purchase of standard workshop at Jianguo industry zone, Bade
city, Taoyuan county, where the factory site covered an area
of 3300 square meters and the company was restructured as Fuhjyyu
Electronic Industrial lncorporated with a registered capital
of 25 million of Taiwan New Dollar, which was rated as one of
the updating technology factories by Industry Bureau of the
Ministry of Economy and Taiwan Electronic Testing center. |

1995 |
Purchase
of 20 sets of machines for manufacturing large capacitor (LP
series) as
well as small automatic production equipment with monthly output
of 40 million pieces. Contract with TEAPO was done to OEM its
mall electrolytic capacitors and we became the first partner
for manufacturing the product in the field with TEAPO. |

1996 |
Due
to changes in market, the manufacturing base was moved form
Taiwan to Bao'an
district of Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province of China and we
cooperated with LICON company to produce Fuhjyyu electrolytic
capacitor. |

1997 |
Shenzhen
LICON Factory got the ISO-9002 certificate and technically cooperated
with japanese Tosin company, which improved our quality a lot. |
|
1998 |
Distributing
UTX's X2 jumper capacitor. |
|
1999 |
Establyshment
of Fuhjyyu (Shenzhen) Electronic factory, which covered an area
of 6,000 square meters with an monthly output of 60 million
pieces. |

2000 |
Transferring
investment into Shanshui Donghui Electronic Factory (producing
Fuhjyyu capacitance), which helped to improve the production
capacity and meet the need of big factories home and abroad
with monthly output being increased to 100 million pieces. |

2001 |
Attainment
of ISO-9001: 2000 certificate, and distribution of CTX's X1
jumper capacitor. |
|
2004 |
Planning
the setup of branch factories in Shanghai and Jiangshu province
in order to meet the need in the Eastern China market. |
